Do you agree or disagree with the proportions? Why?
What isn’t there that should be included?

This is really neat. However, based on my library experiences, I would add Air Traffic Controller to the list! :-)

My first question is with Knowledge as the biggest element.

Is this possessing factual knowledge? Is this access to knowledge? The skills to find knowledge? Working with and understanding knowledge?

I guess I need to see the description to know if I agree with the weighting of the word knowledge.

I would like to see items such as evaluates and strategies bigger in this word cloud.

@Ryan: *knowledge* was frequently used on the job description to indicate PROFESSIONAL skills/strategies utilized by the librarian, as in "knowledge of age-appropriate resources; knowledge of multi-disciplinary approaches to instruction," etc.
